Your right to cancel
If you are buying as a consumer in Belgium or the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To start a return, email us at contact@fallingfeather.be within this 14-day period. Please include your order number and the name used for the order.
Return conditions
Please return the deck unused, complete and in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless it is faulty, damaged or we sent the wrong item.
Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the return instructions.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will confirm your refund by email. The refund will be made using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@fallingfeather.be as soon as possible and include a photo if you can.
